Fern Gorin, is the founder and Director of the Life Purpose Institute. She developed her unique Life Purpose Process in 1984 and since that time has assisted over 12,000 people in making positive life and career changes.
Fern has a reputation for helping people quickly get to the heart of the matter, and gain clarity about their purpose and direction. She developed the Life Purpose Process, which is an in-depth process that helps people discover their unique gifts, interests, abilities and all the elements of their ideal life and career.
Due to the effectiveness of this process, Fern had a strong and compelling vision of assisting people worldwide to discover their life purpose and create a life they love. She began training coaches to do this same important work internationally. The Life Purpose Institute has trained coaches in over 2000 locations globally.
Fern’s full time work is training coaches and coaching Life Purpose Institute graduates. Fern Gorin, for many years, has served as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (M.F.T.) and National Certified Counselor (N.C.C.). She is a popular presenter for organizations, conventions, radio, and TV. Fern is the founder of the Alliance of Career Counseling Professionals and is involved in local, national and international career counseling and coaching organizations. She graduated with high honors from the University of Michigan, and obtained her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the Professional School of Psychological Studies.
Fern is deeply committed to her work, to helping people create fulfilling lives and careers, to the individuals that she trains and to the success of this vision. She has found her purpose in helping others find theirs.

Sharon Good, CC, president of Good Life Coaching Inc., based in New York City, brings a rich variety of personal and professional experience to her fourteen-year career as a Life, Career and Creativity Coach. With her extensive creative background in publishing, theatre, photography and graphic design, she coaches artists to achieve their creative and professional goals and helps individuals from all walks of life create fulfilling lives, unique career paths and enriching retirements. She mentors coaches on coaching skills and practice building.
After a 25-year performing career, Sharon co-founded Excalibur Publishing, where she published, wrote and edited books for 16 years. Her book, Managing With A Heart: 222 Ways to Make Your Employees Feel Appreciated, was published by Sourcebooks and has been translated into several languages. She has gone on to self-publish several books and audios through Good Life Press, including The Tortoise Workbook: Strategies for Getting Ahead at Your Own Pace and Creative Marketing Tools for Coaches.
Along with teaching at LPI, Sharon has taught and presented for New York University, the 92nd Street Y, the Creativity Coaching Association, Retirement Options, Darco Coaching, Columbia University Alumni, the Fashion Institute of Technology intern program, Makor/Steinhardt Center, the Career Change Network, the Learning Annex, Bronxville Adult School, the International Coach Federation/NYC Chapter, and many others. She is a graduate of Hofstra University, holds a certificate in Adult Career Planning and Development from New York University, and received her coaching certifications from the Life Purpose Institute and Retirement Options.

With more than 12 years of coaching and mentoring executives and corporate teams, Mike brings a wealth of experience, and powerful insight to your company as a business and personal leadership coach, keynote speaker, workshop leader and nationally published writer.
When Mike worked as a Global Marketing Specialist at the top of the World Trade Center, one random morning he decided to take a later train. The day was September 11, 2001 and his choice ultimately saved his life. The rest of his business team and many more colleagues and friends were not as fortunate. The events of that tragic day served as a shocking WakeUp Call, leading Mike towards his calling to inspire and guide others in creating possibility in their own lives and businesses without wasting another precious day.
Now Mike is a certified life coach and committed to serving as a “Human Wake Up Call” for others around the world. His unique approach and rare insight combines the power and directness of coaching to empower his clients to break free of their complacency, limiting beliefs and inactivity. He pushes them to overcome the challenges that inevitably arise, to stay focused and reach their goals.
An energetic and passionate professional, Mike has provided motivational speaking presentations to corporate and academic audiences, and community and nonprofit groups including Steinhardt School of Education at New York University, the Interfaith Housing Association, and Guardian Life Insurance Company. Mike received his MBA in Management and Marketing from New York University and his BBA in Management and Finance from SUNY, Albany. He is a certified life coach, trained by the Life Purpose Institute (LPI) of San Diego.
Mike’s experience provides the insight to help clients tackle the broad array of challenges they often face. His career has included business strategy and planning, new product development, client retention and loyalty, and product launch and support, for major global players such as American Express, Marsh and McLennan and JP Morgan Chase. His strong client orientation and entrepreneurial drive has been demonstrated as an international consultant, a customer loyalty leader, and as a founder of two independent small business startups. He is also a popular guest lecturer for New York University.
