We each have a winning formula that helps us function most optimally and create the fulfillment, accomplishment, and success we strive for.

Some of us function best when for example, we exercise daily, do our spiritual practice, have time alone, have regular breaks or go to bed at a certain time.

What helps you function the best? What needs do you have that must be honored?

Very often we overlook our needs and get caught up in our list of To Dos or the Have Tos in the moment.  Your needs are important.  When you focus on your needs, you function most efficiently and have the best results. I am most inspired and do my best the early in the morning when I’m alone and in the quiet.

How about you? What sets you up for your success?  A routine, a way of thinking, a positive thing you do for yourself?  What sets you up for your success day in and day out?

Your winning formula on route to become a life coach is also how you create new things and how you create success for yourself. Some of us are persistent and we just keep going.  I’ve been working steadily on my business for 32 years and enjoying the fruition of many of my dreams. Don’t worry – you don’t have to take 32 years!

How’s your staying power? Do you keep going as long as it takes to create what you want?

Persistence does pay off especially if that’s your success pattern.

Some of us create success by going with our inspiration. Some creative types, for example do their best work with spurts of creativity. Other people do best by starting new projects rather than by staying with one task.

I’ve also seen many people manifest their dreams when they simply let go.  Detachment is one of the hardest things to do.  It means being willing to have a vision, but also being at peace with not having that vision realized yet.  Often when we let go and detach is when our dreams can finally manifest.

Some people have to strive for their success and others just become involved in life, with people and activities, and good comes to them.

Do you feel inspired when you’re out interacting with people and being engaged in life? Do opportunities present themselves?

Think back to when you’ve been successful in your life.  It could be financial success or growth of a business, a personal victory in a relationship or achieving a personal goal.  Think of all your accomplishments and everything that’s in your life that you find meaningful- a new or ongoing relationship, a shift in your relationship with someone, a wonderful home, a great trip, a wonderful new opportunity or blessing showing up from the universe.

How did you create those things and under what circumstances?

If you look back you will find that you already have a success pattern.  If you follow your own proven winning formula, success will show up. You can count on it.

Determine your unique success formula that will help you function optimally each and every day. Look at what you need to do and experience so that you will achieve ongoing success and fulfillment in your life and work.  Once we understand how we uniquely work and what fuels our engine of success we can achieve more than we ever thought possible.

Every individual harbors a unique success formula – a customized blend of habits, practices, and patterns that bolsters optimal functioning and helps to create the fulfillment, success, and sense of accomplishment we yearn for.

In the evolving world of life coaching, we’ve come to understand that these success formulas can differ vastly among individuals. Some thrive with a daily regimen of physical activity, spiritual practice, or solitude, while others find solace in punctuated breaks or maintaining a specific sleep schedule.

What drives your peak performance? What personal needs do you consider non-negotiable?

Amid the hustle and bustle of our ever-growing task lists and urgent responsibilities, it’s easy to dismiss these personal needs. However, honoring these needs isn’t just about self-care; it’s about efficiency and productivity. When you cater to your needs, you foster an environment that allows you to function at your best, yielding top-notch results. I, for instance, am most productive and inspired in the quietude of the early morning when I’m alone.

But what about you? What kindles your success flame? Is it a particular routine, a positive mindset, or a personal ritual that you perform for yourself? What factors consistently set you up for triumph?

Success isn’t merely a destination; it’s a manifestation of your personal formula at work. Some of us find victory through persistence, doggedly sticking to our chosen paths, taking each day as it comes. I’ve been nurturing my business for 32 years, reveling in the fruition of my dreams. But fret not – success doesn’t always demand such a time commitment!

What about your endurance? Do you possess the tenacity to persist until your goals materialize? Persistence does indeed yield dividends, especially if it forms the core of your success pattern. Conversely, others tap into success through spurts of creativity, following their muse and embarking on new projects instead of lingering on a singular task.

I’ve also witnessed numerous individuals accomplish their dreams by mastering the art of letting go. Detachment, albeit challenging, can be empowering. Embracing your vision, while concurrently finding peace in its unrealized state, often paves the way for your dreams to come to life.

Some people actively chase their success, while others immerse themselves in life’s ebb and flow, interacting with people, engaging in activities, and simply allowing the universe to guide them.

Are you invigorated by social interaction and active engagement with life? Do opportunities seem to materialize during these moments?

Reflect on your past victories. They could range from financial success, personal triumphs in relationships, growth of a business, or achieving personal goals. Ponder over your accomplishments and every aspect of your life that resonates with meaning.

Under what conditions did you create those triumphs?

Retrospection will likely reveal that you already possess a success pattern. Harnessing your unique winning formula guarantees success. It’s a reliable, tried-and-tested blueprint.  By identifying and understanding this unique success formula, you can function optimally each day. Evaluate what experiences and actions propel you towards consistent success and fulfillment in your personal and professional life. Recognizing how we work uniquely and what fuels our success engine, we can actualize potential beyond our wildest dreams.

In today’s evolving life coaching landscape, the focus is increasingly shifting towards these personalized success formulas. By embracing this shift, we can all navigate our journey towards self-actualization more effectively.
